QNET/ Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd — refund the product it's being cheated to me by wrong marketing

My refund has still not initiated.. The product bought my ir id is cheated to me.
Please intiate refund process.

It was told me as multilvel marketing and the price which i am giving is for being a member of vihaan direct selling / qnet.

1) meetings were held with me couple of times at ccd and big restaurants to explain about how qnet works.
And then they told me to become a member of qnet you need to pay to earn more by giving information to others but the money they took from me was not being member of vihaan/qnet but to buy a product and earn their own commission. I was directed in wrong way. I dont want club membership product any more. Please initiate refund process at the earliest since the buy back policy is of 30 days only for india
