[Resolved] Qns Enterprise — fraud notice sent | |||||
I saw an ad on quikr for the part time, since i had some financial problems, i applied for it. I got a call from a lady named divya gupta for the same explaining me about the job details. Later on i received the email asking for the copy of the docs and my photo, which unknowingly i forwarded. After that i received the verification call from a lady named yuva rathod and she sent me an agreement letter, i accepted that as well. After that they sent me the login id and password without any login website and they sent me the details of the same on me asking from them. I was advised that you will receive the call and if you need more time you have to pay for that. I started doing job and later on it was bit hectic so i waited for the call but no call from them, instead they sent me the message and email of the notice being sent on my address asking for the payment. Please help me. I have a child and my family dependent on me. I am not in the position to make this payment. Please sort this thing out. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you, And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company cancel your everything you just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, if you have any query for resolvement then contact on this number. | |||||
