QS Hot Deal — dissatisfaction with phone

I am not satisfied with the phone that i have received. Also the wifi is not available on the phone, there is literally no option present. The phone is not android and memory is already full, without even using it. The product does not look like in the display. Customer care service is not cooperating as we have called many times and the number is not reachable. The product is highly dissapointing. I am a student and i ordered for my study purposes. I wont be able to use it and is a huge waste of my money.
