I wish to inform you that i have send a mail to disconnect my connect broadband no 5054620 on 14 oct 2019 and connect broadband accepted that but in december started asking bill due of rs 535 so i payed that bill on 18 december 2019 and also reply them that i have payed your bill but connect broadband doesnt reply to that mail and sending me messages that a complaint under section 62 is registered against me but i have payed all dues of rs 535 so please help me and take action against connect broadband company the neither reply nor pick any call just keep sending bill my connection was disconnected in october but still they ask for money which i give this is strictly not not acceptable.
