Dear sir,
Due to some reason i want to deactivate my connect phone number[protected].
But connect customer care representative telling me to go to connect branch office for deactivation. My concern is that at the time of new connection they didnt ask me to visit their branch office, so why it is needed to visit their office on deactivation if i full filling their KYC norms.
I also want to complain agaist their harassment for bill payment even though i am paying payment on monthly basis.
I am connect customer for 2years.

This is in response to your complaint in which you have mentioned that we you had been guided to local office for disconnection, Sir would like to inform you that as per company norms You Have to visit to Nearest Local office to submit your modem & instruments.but it is not restricted if you don't want to visit to nearest office you could request us so our team can send someone from their team to collect the router/modem or instruments.

My connect number is[protected].my self Akashdeep.when I am going to your bill agency to pay bill.then your executive misbehave and abuse me every time.so please take a legal action on her.
