Dear Sir,
My broadband connection DSLS 139900 has been changed to [protected].But the telephone set is not installed till date. I have requested many times to customer care and appellant authority of CONNECT but the matter is still unresolved .

Now due to harrasment created by connect company yesterday I wrote to appellate authority thst if they are incapable to solve the issue before ending my current billing cycle. Kindly deactivate my connection.
Now I want to pay only 50 percent of my bill for the month of November 2016 due to failure of the service provider.
