Krisnendu bhattacharya I booked a trip for andaman from this agency on 5th of january 2018. The agency promised very good service and gave me a printed format of the itiniery and what are the services provided. It took the advance payment. When we went there we were told there were no booking in this name and no payment was done for the same. The local agency (Vj tours and travels) also told tehy didnot recieve any payment for the same. I with my ged mom and dad suffered alot of harrassment for this agency. So i went to the local police station abradeen. Then he sent a partial payment as teh local agency told that i have gone to police. Even they dont pick up phons when we call thousand times. But after the whole trip still theres money to be refunded. I want to take some serious action against this agency so that its scared to do any other fraud to any more common citizen.
