I have order on 16th dec '17 but still product not received, below is the payment details amount: 314.00
Payment id: mojo7c16005a73570392
Product is a yellow kurti with white colour koti in xs size
Before this complaint i have registered a case as per instructions on instamojo on 19th dec'17 but at that time reply received that wait for 3-4 days product will deliver
But today is 1st jan'18 nd my product didn't get
Also i have email to them as per website instructions but no one is reverted yet, i am very much dissatisfied with the services

Either deliver my product as per my order otherwise refund the amount

So would request please help to resolve my concern immediately

15/12/2017 i order kurthi by online payment instamojo. Now its already 16 days ready but they were no response so what i cando. Expecting ur reply and please repay the amount as soon as possible. Our bank details federal bank, a/c no.[protected] bank ifsc code : fdrl0001707 branch kodakara.
