have booked cab from uttam nagar to new Delhi railways station.. Pick up time was 12pm they made me call @12:04pm and I reached @12:16... As waiting time was 15 minitues so as per the call received by me from driver @12:04pm it should be completed at 12:19pm but when I reached @12:16pm driver told...waiting lagega 50rs.. Aap ek minute late ho... Although I was not late as per telephonic conversation but still he asked for waiting charge and also his way of talking was not good... Then I talked to quickcabs.in customer care and after too many discussion he told that you won't be charged for one minute late... This was very disappointing and embarrassing for me... These guys are not good in customer service as well as their communication is so bad... I have decided not to book again from quick cabs... And also suggest other people not to use quick cab if they are expecting good service Was this information helpful? |
