Quick Heal — I am complaining about wrong product key given to me. | |||
I had bought one quick heal pro for three years with single user. By mistake as i was misguide by seller "galaxy infotech". I want to purchase total security & i bought pro for three years. On coming to know the fact, i was ready for compromise, so i decided to upgrade into total security. But when i take online support for this they informed me that up-gradation is not possible as my product was for "multi user pc" and up-gradation can be done only if it's for "single user pc". On my product pack it is mentioned that product is for "single user pc" but as i confirmed from online helpline number of quick heal it was found that product key inside was of "multi user pc". But my security concern issue has not been resolved. Because it is the mistake of company as they packed "multi user key" into pack of "single user". Please help me, and suggest me the best procedure. Was this information helpful? | |||
