Dear sir, i have applied for claim of quickheal gadget securance. They have updated on their website "please note all claims under the policy are solely decided upon by"new india assurance co. Ltd"who is the insurer and the claim is processed by its administrator/facilitator/coordinator - aarvi insurance brokers." aarvi provided me intimate id (Intimation id: [protected]) in the claim procedure brokers aarvi picked my device on 3rd jan 2018.in their claim settling procedure on 23rd jan 2018 they mailed me your device is under repair. Got the same reply from 23rd jan 2018 to 23rd feb 2018. Their last reply on mail was on 21st feb, the reply was same your device is under repair. Now they are not replying of my mails. I am continuously following their customer care executives they are advising me to wait till next week, their concern team will updated my status on website in next week. Now its 8th march 2018. But they are not replying my mails. Even their customer care executives not able to tell the exact status of my device, the reply is same device is under repair, when it will be repaired we will notified you. Screen replacement takes only 2-3 days in service centre. But getting the same reply from last 1.5 months. And its exactly 2.5 month having my device. I want my device back. Kindly help me and suggest whai should i do?
