Dear sirs, I have already quick heal antivirus pro licence with product key 58141f[protected]ccf11 valid till 10th february2019. When i tried to renew the same it says product is not active whereas on my computer it notifies to get the renewal as the licence is due to expire on 10th feb 2019. I am out of india at present and likely to come back to india only in the month of march 2019. Please help me as to how i can get the renewal before10th feb2019.
