[Resolved] Quikr — a phone I booked through quikr | |
I recently booked a phone from quikr ad id:[protected] and during the whole process, the seller had written in the description of the product that it was scratch and dent free and in excellent condition. After 12hrs i purchased the phone, he changed it to the phone having some complaint with its right soft key. I was not informed about this before i bought it and i also have the screenshot of the product saying it was in good condition before he changed it. I would like to cancel my order and have the money refunded.
