[Resolved] Quikr — Abt refund to my new account | |||||
I had an order iphone 5s on february 22nd 2016 with exhange of my moto x play 32 gb with order id 10104763, i had made a payment of 13769.5 through net banking with account no[protected], unfortunately my order was cancelled. Quirk has to refund the amount of 13769.5, in this process my bank account no[protected] on which payment done to quikr was closed, but quikr is saying that amount was credited to my account on april 9th 2016. Actually my bank account was closed on march 3rd 2016, and quikr executives saying that refund has been made on april 9th 2016, it is clearly stating that quikr is cheating by saying false statement. For the surety and verification i have all bank statement till march 3rd 2016, after this my bank account was closed Was this information helpful? | |||||
