I had bought baby carrier for my travel. The helpdesk had committed next day delivery based on which i had made payment. I got sms that product is on way. I kept following whole day but didn't receive it. They kept saying we will escalate and someone shall call back as soon as possible. Needless to say I am so disappointed. Now since its of no use i would like to cancel the order with complete refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
