[Resolved] Quikr — Ad ID:[protected] cancelled automatically by quikr and blaming seller and buyer | |||||
I had maid full payment of Rs.10, 000 on 27th Feb 2016 and received call from quikr that they would delivery by 28th Feb 2016 but still by evening the item was not even picked from seller and when asked at customer service they simply said no guarantee and would be delivered by 29th Feb 2016. After few minutes I got a mail and message saying that Seller has cancelled the order and same message to Seller but seller alo not aware of the cancellation as he was the first one to call and ask if I canceled the order. If they cannot deliver then they should not take up this work causing unnecessary delays, and now my money is stuck up for a week until reimbursed.
