Hi,
I have posted an advertisement for selling my hp printer (Brand new) on quikr which was confirmed by some buyer and collected from me and shipped on 16th july.
The quikr app communicated the details of payment received from buyer. I was supposed to get the amount once it was delivered to the buyer. But now quikr responded almost after 2 weeks that item will get return to me and no payment.

Within this duration i have purchased the other new printer. Now i am disappointed to hear from them and also in loss.

- they should have informed me within 3-4 days of pickup/ return
- now no guarantee of product condition
- also once they received the payment in advance, they should have given to seller after pickup of item

Please help me.

I am getting calls from customer support to take the return product, but it is not the case, this should be informed within 4 days.
Now this is the third week and no information about payment. This is clearly cheating with the customers and hanging in middle nowhere.
