Hello team, This is to bring to your notice that as requested, i made the required payment to become the premium member in quikr. I was believing that i will be getting assistance in selling my product and as promised in the best price. However, very disappointingly i want to mention that none of the promise made came true. I am not getting any assistance, even the sales/ support point of contact who called me almost ten times when i was supposed to make payment and was after me with follow up, has now gone out of contact. Team no longer has time to respond or answer my calls. I do not understand where your busy schedule goes when it is about asking money for membership. It is almost 15 days by now, i do not see any effort or communication or assistance from your side, so i want to claim refund of 500/- which i paid to meenakshi (Your team member) via google tez payment her mobile.
