[Resolved]  Quikr — After delivery of my product to the buyer, how he cancelled item, even when he visited our house and checked the item

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my AD ID:[protected].
The buyer has visited our home and checked the item. As per your instructions we dismantled the item and waited for almost a week for pick up.
How can it be rejected after verifying the item personally.
What about the inconvenience caused to us and my family.
Please resolve the issue and must penalise the buyer for his misbehaving.

Updated by baboo.ashish We really afraid to say that some part of our item is missing. When we tried to assemble the item, we came to know that supporting rods are missing.
Please arrange to get back at the earliest.
