[Resolved] Quikr — Bed not deliver | |||
Ad id :[protected] It is very painful for me to say that my experience with quicker is very bad. Quicker has schedule my item to be deliver on monday dated 12.09.16; which was not made. I have called 3times to customer care till 7.30pm but lastly they informed that the delivery will be made next day. Next day mean 13.09.14, i was coming early from office to receive the bed but the bed was not deliver yesterday also. When i called to customer care they have given the number of delhivery man. I came to know from delhivery man that he is on other job. The same i update to quicker which is totally unprofessional activity by quicker team. Last two days quicker team just wasting my time, Again quicker has given todays schedule and repeat the same thing. This is very unprofessional activity by quicker.
