[Resolved] Quikr — Bought material not delivered | |||||
I bought an Amirah as per the details mentioned below from Quikr (Doorstep). I mentioned the delivery time after 06:30 PM. In spite of that delivery person reached at around 02:30 PM. Delivery person named Ravi called up me for doorstep delivery and told that material cannot be shifted at home through lift due to bigger size. I told to him that deliver the material via ladders but he refused to do so. Then I told him to deliver the material at ground floor only by stating the same on delivery receipt. Eventually, he, himself decided to go back and to deliver item at a later time. In the entire conversation, he misbehaved with me and with my family as well. Delivery person returned the item to seller (Manoj). Later on, I came to know from seller that delivery person told that buyer rejected the item and hence returned. In this way he misguided the seller with false statement. Please investigate the issue and let know, 1. Why item was not delivered as per mentioned time? 2. Why returned to seller with false statement? 3. Why delivery person misbehaved? It is not expected from Quikr team to behave like. It caused inconvenience to seller and buyer. Faith which Quikr gained is not worthy and disappointing customers. Request you to share corrective action against each root cause. Material need to be delivered or Refund of payment should be executed. Quikr should be fined for a fare amount and that amount to be transferred to my account.
