[Resolved] Quikr — cancellation of product | |||
I wanted to buy second hand stuff for my home so i selected quikr as the product looked genuine. I ordered initially 4 products with credit card payment. I thought i would get on time delivery but was not able to get it. Quikr customer care people told me that seller is not resonding and they are not sure about the deadline so i told them to cancel all products and refund my money which is still pending. After few days i found out another product where i had seller phone number, so i called him and fixed price. Later i ordered product through quikr using credit card. Seller pickup of product was scheduled on 17th jan 2020, but quikr people never called him. So i called up quikr people to enquire about my product delivery which was suppose to schedule on 18th jan 2020. They told me that seller is not picking up my call which was big lie. It is more then 6 days and quikr customer care is not responding and calling back. I want to cancel my order and initiate refund along with refund of my earlier products. Plese help me.
