[Resolved] Quikr — rude response call asking card details to refund | |||
I posted a complaint against Quikr today in https://www.consumercomplaints.in regarding false assurance and charge of 1920 INR for the same. I got a call around 8.15 pm stating that he is Deepak calling from Quikr to refund the money and sell my product. Though he didn't assure or say any of my details instead asked me all including my debit card details. He asked for my CVV and OTP which I refused to give. I got a message from LVB bank that it's a online transaction payment. There was nothing to assure from his side that he is from Quikr where he was acting so rude and spoke very fast!!! I said I will give another card where there is no balance so that he can refund. He refused. I said to refund in my CC that too he refused. From that I got suspicious and called him back to ask to change the card details. He refused that too and when I said my baby is crying call later he asked me to go ahead and file complaint again of I think he is rude. Total nonsense and Quikr should seriously recruit proper customer service people for this kind of job. A person who handles critical complaint like this must be polite and should at least send a mail and message from registered contacts or call from Quikr customer care number to for this.
