[Resolved]  Quikr — [cheated by quikr] was asked to pay rs. 950, was assured i will get offers worth more than rs. 20k, but never happened

Incident description:
Date: nov 27, 2017.
I placed a quikr ad to sell my tv at a price of rs. 16, 000. I made a payment of rs. 333 (Proof attached) to make it premium. Shortly, after this i got a call from mr. Ravi ([protected]) from quikr. If i pay additional rs 950, he assured me that my ad will be put under verified section and i will get offers with minimum starting price of rs. 20, 000 (More offer price as verified offers give buyers with 6 months warranty, thats what he said). I was happy with this, and i paid the amount soon after the call (Proof attached). He also assured me that he will always be a call away, incase i need any more help until my tv gets sold. I patiently waited for few days for my ad to get upgraded to verified section.

Grievance:
After waiting patiently for 4 days, on 1st dec, i realized i was cheated. My offer was not put under verified section, nor did i get any offers more than the assured amount of rs. 20, 000. I was getting offers lesser than 12k. I have got the following offer prices so far - rs. 8k, 9k, 10k, 11k, 12k as of 10 dec (15 days since the date of incident). I tried calling mr. Ravi many times in this duration of more than 2 weeks, but he never picked up my call (Attached proof of my call history with him). I also called[protected]On 7 dec) and talked to quikr customer care executive, where he assured me i would get a call back from quikr, but i never got any call. You can verify the same, i have called it from my registered mobile number.

Summary:
Total amount i spent: rs. 333 + rs. 950 = rs. 1283
Services assured, but not delivered: buyers, with minimum buy offers of rs. 20, 000
How i feel: cheated, harrased, waste of my hard earned money in ads, waste of my precious time in followup
