[Resolved] Quikr — Cheating customer by not providing driver services after registering and not refunding | |||||
This is Sandeep Reddy [protected] from Bangalore, I had registered for driver services from Syndicate Drivers by paying Rs 11000/- and signing their agreement. They sent me bad behaving, inexperienced, still learning drivers of which one of them damaged my vehicle as well. They send the drivers without even giving them the knowledge about their rules that they had promised me. After patiently waiting for their services and once I realised that they are not customer centric company, I asked them for the refund which they said I will receive a cheque within a month (to buy more time)which didn't happen. Later talking to them regularly in the fone and i heard several false promises. Now that I have lost all my patience I want to take an action not just for the eleven thousand but for the trauma that has caused to me and for the fact that they are fraudulent.
