Quikr.com — Quikr not transferring money to my bank account | |
After a payment was made to quikr wallet by a customer on 2nd April 2021 for an item on sale, I delivered the item and I initiated transfer to my bank account by entering details of my account. However, Quikr has yet to credit the amount from the wallet to my bank account. The amount has been deducted from my cash balance on Quikr but still not credited. In the digital world where it takes seconds for money to be transferred, why is Quikr taking days and yet not completing the transfer? I have sent an email but there has been no response.
