[Resolved] Quikr — Damaged good handed over & not returning | |||||
This is regarding AD ID[protected], the wooden bed was handed over to me in hurry, creating an urgency and when I opened the packing I realised huge dents (few areas almost unrepairable) which were not there as per seller, I immediately called up delivery guy & quikr customer support and emailed them pictures as well about this issue, but no positive response. As they say I should not sign delivery note without inspecting. This is very unprofessional, as you can look at pictures the kind of packing provided (without any bubble wrap) it is bound to get damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved This is not resolved. There is a missing piece also in bed assembly & quikr assumes people to verify condition of whole packing of 12-13 pieces of heavy wood in 10 mins & sign delivery note and the moment you sign delivery note they are free from any damages done during transit or missing pieces.
