[Resolved] Quikr — damaged mobile-no refund and poor response | |||||
I ordered a oneplus mobile on quikr and got a damaged piece which comes under warranty policy of company and then filed an issue in quikr office Ticket No:[protected]. they are delaying more then the mentioned time that is 10 days overdue and not giving me the refund.also they are hiding behind bushes for not giving refund and making the matter worse.their pickup guy also edited day of pickup according to his wish.i think whole office is bunch of ### people.please help.
