[Resolved] Quikr — Damaged the product in transit | |||||
Hi, This is with regards to AD[protected] and payment ID [protected]. I had purchased a sofa in mint condition after personal inspection at seller's place on 3rd Dec and scheduled for quikr doorstep delivery on 4th Dec. The delivery persons took snaps of the almost new sofa in impeccable condition on reaching the seller's house to record before delivery state and made him sign on the app to initiate process. When the product was delivered, the sofa had visible tear at various places due to ill-handling by the delivery executives. I immediately called the seller and he confirmed that sofa was in spotless form when it left his house.The pick up point was merely 0.5 kms from my place and yet they managed to ruin it owing to poor handling and non-professionalism. Moreover, the delivery guys were rude when confornted and did not even own up to their mistake. I have attached pics of both before and after delivery state to clearly validate my point.
