[Resolved] Quikr — Delay in delivery of product and giving wrong information | |||||
I had ordered 2 mattress from Quickr site, the order number being[protected].I made a payment of 800 RS for the same which included 400 for 2 mattress and 400 for the delivery charges. The payment was made on Sunday 26 June 2016.Initially there was no contact from the team, I had to call them several times to schedule the delivery.False promises were made regarding the delivery of the product and every time the costumer care team would come up with a new story. Since last week I have been facing this issue and in spite of regular follow-up with the team still there is no clue as to when will a receive the product. If team cannot make necessary arrangements for the delivery of the product, what for are the charging so much money.This is my first experience with quickr as a customer and I would make sure never go for it in future. I want a detailed information as to when my product will be delivered and if they cannot do their work I want a refund Thanks Stuti Was this information helpful? | |||||
