[Resolved] Quikr — delivered a damaged phone | |||
I placed an order for second hand motorazr v3i at 28/2. New ones are not available. I wanted that coz of nostalgia of my first phone. I prepaid 2297rs in total coz i believed that quikr will check it to be atleast similar to the photo. I recieved a phone with a big spot on back that was wisely hidden in the pictures in ad. Keyboard is dirtiest you can imagine and its not even a v3i model. Its a cheaper model v3. Plus keyboard lights dont even light up. I complaint and recieved a call from quikr guys. Straightaway they said we dont hold any responsibility. They are taking money in advance directly. I have never seen or met or talk the seller, paying directly in advance to the quikr and they dnt hold any responsibility?? What the hell that even means. If that makes sense, even amazon can say they dnt hold any responsibility. End of day they gave me seller's number. I called and that guy told me that he sent a perfect piece, maybe quikr did smthing on way to delivery. Of course that guy is lying but what m gnna do, hunt him down?? Quikr should bear little responsibility if they are freaking taking money in advance from people. I sent them lot of email on [protected]@quikr.com.
