[Resolved] Quikr — delivery of a fridge | |||
I bought a samsung fridge online through quikr. It was advertised as in good working condition. It was delivered in a truck with the fridge lying down in a horizontal way instead o[censored]pright. We were told not to start it for 2 hours. Because it was kept horizontal all the oil leaked and choked the cooling mechanism. The fridge was not working when it was started. We got a repair technician and he quoted a cost of rs 2500 for repairing and cleaning the fridge. This was entirely due to the way the fridge was transported. I have called quikr several times but they are not bothered and will not even want to take any responsibility. Ad id no is[protected] Please help me to resolve this.
