[Resolved] Quikr — delivery/payment scam | |||||
I've ordered for a product (Sofa cum bed) from quikr.com and to my misfortune i prepaid for the order and trusted the site. The product order have been made on 14th march 2020 and set to deliver on 17th 2020, but it has been rescheduled multiple times (17th to 19th to 21st). The customer care only read out the rescheduled statement which didn't help at all. And the contact/chat to the seller was disappointing as i didn't receive any reply even though the chat status said the seller was online despite the odd timings the texts were send. Details regarding refund was ignored and any explanation not given other than the usual, 'sorry for the delay the product has been rescheduled.' Was this information helpful? | |||||
