Hi, Quikr door step bangalore.- pathetic and careless handling of consumer complaint. My agony started when i booked and paid for teakwood study table from the seller but due to some reasons after our payment the seller backed out and i had to call quikr for refund from quikr doorstep balance to mobikwik. My id no. Is[protected]. The refund of amount 2565 /-out of 5449/.- is still pending and has not been initiated and credited to my paytm. The customer care keeps on telling call after 24 or 48 hours. It is really painful and stressful for me to call them for the the past 21 days. Recently, for the past 3 to 4 days they keep on giving batch no. Or transaction no. For the amount 2565/- but it is for 2884/ as verified from mobikwik wallet. Will i get my amount 2565/-? Or still i will be in doldrums? Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
