[Resolved]  Quikr — duplicate rc services

I had paid for duplicate rc service for my 2-wheeler with quikr on dec 2017. For the service i had paid 2500. Below are the transaction details:

I have been informed that i have to go to rto office for personal verification. Due to some personal matters i was out of city and had informed them that i would make for an appointment with rto office once i was back. They said it was fine. I was back in april 2018 and went to the rto office where i met with rto agent named muddabir and submitted all documents and signed wherever was neccessary. After that i have been told that i will receive the rc within 2-3 weeks. I had called the rto agent after 3 weeks but he said that it is getting delayed due to elections. Now it has been nearly 2 months and i still have not received my rc. I have tried contacting them on phone but it's always busy or switched off. I have sent mail also but no one replies to that. I have attached the screenshot of mail communication with payment transaction.
