[Resolved] Quikr — fake commitment from recruitment center

Date - 17/07/2018, I received a call from Good Career Recruitment (Priya) and said she got my number from Quikr portal. Call was regarding job offer. She informed me that my profile has been shortlisted for Axis Bank backoffice and you will have to come down for the interview at our Dombivali office. (Conversation was in Marathi - Unprofessional)
To be sure i asked her if I need to pay anything like registration fees and all then she replied 'no you dont have to pay anything and we dont even ask candidate to pay since we get paid by bank if candidate is hired'. I asked her who will take my interview then she said that someone from Axis Bank will be there to take your interview. I asked these two questions twice. My interview was scheduled for 18/07/2018. So i went there and asked for Priya (one who called me), that lady let me in and asked for my resume and original PAN card. I gave it. I waited for 30 mins and asked that lady that Axis employee has arrived or not she replied, yeah she is already here and taking interviews of other candidates. I was satisfied with the answer and waited. It was my turn now, there were more 2 candidates waiting for interview. I went inside the cabin. She asked me to seat and interview started. Question 1. Tell me about yourself. (Only this question was asked in English). I answered. Then she asked me another few question in Hindi and Marathi as well since I'm Marathi. She said you are selected and you will be appointed to Thane Axis Branch. She explained my salary and also asked me to pay Rs. 2000/- as a security deposit. I was shocked. I had already asked that lady who called me if do i need to pay anything and answer was NO. then why she asked me to pay. Her communication with me was so unprofessional. In Marathi we use word Tumcha, Tumhala which shows the respect but she was like Tuza, Tula chalel ka, Tu karshil ka, as if i'm her friend. I doubted and asked her if she really belongs to Axis Bank staff members she said yes, I'm from Axis bank and I came here to take interview from Axis Bank. I was not satisfied with her answer so i asked her to show her ID proof and she refused to show the same. (All this conversation happened in Marathi). Being a candidate its my right to ask for ID proof if I doubt. But her unprofessional and rude behavior shows that she was not the employee of Axis bank. Then who gave her rights to make fool of people. She started an argument that why should I show you my ID proof and all. I'm giving you job, Its your decision if you want to pay or not, i have been doing this since last 4 years. I said ok if I'm selected then give the offer letter and branch details, ill go there and check with branch manager if i'm satisfied then ill come and pay. She was being so rude and started saying anything out of the topic. In between another lady joined us and said that she is the head of that office. I was again shocked. Head of the office and Axis Bank staff doesnt even understand english. Entire conversation lasted in Marathi and Hindi.
*My question is to Quikr, how can you leak our information to such a fraud recruiters who dont even have sense to talk to candidate and illegally using Banks name and identity. I know what would have been happened if i had paid. I would have been kept asking me for money for different reasons.

*My question is to Axis Bank, do you guys really hire such an unprofessional recruiter who personally visits recruitment centers and takes interview or is it some kind of fraud going on under taking your name.

I immediately left that place, collected my ID proof, when i asked for my resume they refused to give the same so i said just destroy it in front of me and she did the same.

I read another compliant on this portal and understand that people doesnt get job but they have been asking to pay for various reasons.

You calculate, I'm experienced, i have seen how things work but what if someone fresher visits that place on their fake commitment of job people pay them and never get hired in banks because there is no such procedure to get hired in banks.

I need an answer, this is just my first step of complaint.
