[Resolved]  Quikr — faulty certified product delivered, reverse pickup done but till now no refund or no replacement

Its Almost 23 Days that i have placed my order and i got a FAULTY PRODUCT. The Quikr Team is least helpful and your policies says that hassle free replacement and i feel so cheated that even after so much of hassle and trouble the team arranged reverse pickup But again the same story repeated No one came for pickup and After number of calls they came for pickup but now its almost 10 DAYS AND MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN PICKED UP AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT NOT EVEN CONFIRMATION. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY REFUND NOW AS QUIKR MADE THIS VERY LONG PROCESS AND I CANNOT TRUST QUIKR FOR FUTURE ALSO.

More than a month and they are not returning my money and forcing me to get the replacement of a device after 30 days and the customer Care staff is really poor they don't know how to behave. And after harrasing for one month they are saying that I will get replacement only and no refund..on other hand I have bought a new phone but they are not getting my point and misbehaving and forcing to accept the device

I bought a vivo v9 ad in quikr price is 8000 and feature are 4g mobile 4gb ram and 64gb rom or 16mp front camera and 24mp back camera finger print senser but vivo v9 ki tarah dikhne bala koi or mobile nikla jisme inme se koi bhi feature match nhi khata mujko ye mobile return karna hai mujhe mere apse return chiye
