[Resolved] Quikr — furniture/ complaint against delivery and refund | |||
I placed an order on 29 friday of november. And i paid the booking amount to the quikr doorstep. Till now, there is no update on my purchase, after receiving the payment from me. Everyday it’s been my routine work to call the customer & mail them to resolve my issue. But the executives keeps on prolonging by saying we will update within 24hrs but they will not update anything about resolving the issue. I really had a worst experience with quikr. At least now, if this reaches you, kindly refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible. And stop troubling customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
