[Resolved] Quikr — hp 840 g2 unboxed. defective screen.
This was the email i had sent to support.
The team has not responded since the first reply.
I need a replacement (Unboxed) or a refund. Please arrange for a pick up in case of replacement.
I received the package yesterday 26 january 2019, and collected it today. When i opened the package and checked the laptop, the screen had a line through the screen (See picture attached). It was supposed to be unboxed meaning unused. But it was used to the core and shows signs of it.
I need to get a replacement with an unboxed product or a refund.
Please let me know what next asap.
