Quikr — I am not getting my refund

I have purchased one mobile phone from quiker and make the advance payment. But the same day i. Cancelled it and there is a policy to get refund with in 7 days... Today is the 10th day but i have not received my payment back.. Its amounting rs 39999. And even they are not responding to calls or mails. They even not bother its is customers hard earned money... Kindly take action against it.. My order number is 10660520

Updated by Himansh1994 You guys are just saying the same thing again n again that our support team will reach to you.. but it doesnt happen.. i am listening this since last week but i have not get any update regarding to solve my issue. Even its being 2 days and i have not get any update regarding my refund ..is this way you manage your business by holding customers money. Dnt you have any idea how much time you are wasting .. by making so many calls to you and mails for which obvio i am not getting any respond.. but its my hard earned money and i have to do this to get it back

You guys are just saying the same thing again n again that our support team will reach to you.. but it doesnt happen.. i am listening this since last week but i have not get any update regarding to solve my issue.
