[Resolved] Quikr — i20 sportz car

I saw advertisment on quikr about the car.
I contacted that person on quikr. He said me that he is army officer and he watsto sell his car as early as possible as he is shifting to rajsthan. He asked me to pay 3100 rs as deposit so that he can shift is car to my location and i will check it's condition and take decision on buying the car all amount is refundable. After that on next day he said that i have to pay other charges as well and he taken total 30000 rs from me and he sends me all receipts his i'd proof car insurance paper car rc book as well so that i can trust on him and today he is saying me to pay 20% of amount of car price so that he will show me car. I researched on internet and get to know kind of scam happened with some customers and i refused to pay amount and ii asked him to give me my money back. But he said it's procedure and i have to wait for 90 days and he is trying to convince me to pay other amount. And now he is not picking up my phone calls.

Updated by Sanmati Magdum I have contacted him using another number and i found one another advertisement with different name and I talked with him too. He send me same car pics but from different locations and look rc book and everything only army id proof shown by him is having different photo this time. I am attaching that photos also.

Same car same documents this time story and car location also the paying amount is different i have all proofs with me.
They must get caught and also get punished for this. They are from rajsthan may be . I have checked that numbers online it's showing that numbers are from rajsthan.
The numbers and adds also still active kindly check .
