Quikr — I'm complaining about my refund of rto charges which has not completed by your team/company. | |||
I have shifted my Activa from Pune to Bangalore due to job change.So I required RTO services for Activa (2 wheeler) Bangalore road tax process.Hence I choose Quikr RTO services for the same. I have paid complete Rs.6855/- as per Quikr policy for this RTO service on 8th March 2019. After continuous followups about the status of RTO process on 8th April 2019, I came to know that RTO rules are changed hence only road tax can't possible without Bangalore registration. On the same day I have confirmed Quikr to drop this RTO service and Quikr has confirmed to refund Rs.6170/- after deducting 10% as a penalty as per policy. From 8th April 2019 to till date I am continuous followups for my refund but always received regret and concern mails and one date of refund.But on same date refund not happen.
