[Resolved] Quikr India — Cashback not received | |||||
I purchased a product through quikr 10 days back and i was told that i will get a cashback of Rs. 750 if i pay through quikr. I did the same, now its been 8 days and everyday i have been calling quikr to get confirmation by when the amount will be credited to my paytm account and everyday they tell in next 24 hours. This is going nowhere. They dont even have proper escalation channel. Only contact number and they take 15 minutes to just pull up the details and then tell the same old answer. Feb 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue is resolved, i got the cashback. They contacted me and informed that the paytm and quikr servers where not connecting due to which the transfer was not happening. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
