[Resolved] Quikr India — Loss of money | |||||
I Paid 3200 Rs for a refrigerator in Quikr, Transaction got Declined so I paid again but after some time I got two messages from quikr "Payment successful" . For 3200 Rs product they got 6400 Rs from me. Dated 19/12/2015. From that date am keep on calling customer support, till now they give same reply our finance team will resolve this. Everyday they take this as new complaint. They are totally irresponsible. Till Now I didn't even got the Product (refrigerator) too. The payment was taken twice (6400 RS instead of 3200 RS) and the product is also not delivered. Customer care answers are same daily and totally non-sense.
