[Resolved] Quikr India Pvt Ltd — Product damaged and totally broken during transit, so i want complete refund | |||||
Ad id[protected] I have buyed this through quikr doorstep but when i received it and opened the package the product was totally broken and damaged during transit. I have recorded a video of it while opening the package first time. In the video you can clearly see the that the product is totally broken and damaged and small change plastic pieces. I emailed quikr doorstep and other departments many times still they didn't resolved my issue and after sometime they stopped replying. I told them it's quikr courier service fault they damaged my product during transit. One of the quikr doorstep executive named prabudev sk told me to send pictures of it even i have already sent them video of it. But when i sent photos of the damaged product then he started saying different things. So i want complete refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
