[Resolved] Quikr India — Sofa set not delivered | |||||
I ordered sofa set on two occasions through quikr. First on 16th Dec-15 after paying quikr 7500/- online. they called me and told me that it can't be delivered to Faridabad so i changed the delivery address to delhi. The delivery was set for 19th dec-15 but no pick-up was done as per the seller. I called them on 21st dec-15 and rescheduled it for 24th Dec-15. I called them on 24th Dec-15 in the evening and they said it's on it's way. I called the seller and he said that he will not selling the product as he is too pissed off with quikr. The delivery guy went to him on 22nd and refused to even touch the sofa set and told them that the seller had to brought it down to the ground floor. The seller agreed and the delivery team were supposed to pickup on 23rd. The sofaset was lying on road the whole day but no one turned. The delivery department were not responding to calls. At last the seller got frustrated and cancelled the order. Second time i ordered and paid 9000/- to quikr. They called me next morning and said that the pickup is not available in Gaziabad. I dont understand why they allowed the booking at the first place if the pincode entered by the seller and buyer were different. They said it happened due to some error in software and they will check with the development team. Now i have 7500+9000=16500/- struck with quikr and refund is still awaited.
