[Resolved]  Quikr — Iphone 5/ product not delivered in time

I have ordered a product (ad id:[protected] on july 3rd and i made the complete payment. it's been 5 days i have been waiting for the product to be delivered. still no one turned up and picked the product. you guys are testing my patience to the extreme. for your information the seller is in frazer town, bangalore and i'm staying in electronic city, bangalore. hardly it will take 2 hours for the product to be delivered. i have escalated enough times, still no proper response. is this the way you treat your customers? worst ever experience. i have paid extra shipping charges also for this non sense service. i just want to know who is responsible for this and who will address my issue at the earliest.
