[Resolved] Quikr — Item not delivered as per time | |||||
I had ordered for an Item in Quikr and made the partial payment on 18th June. The Ad ID is "[protected] ". I was promised the delivery on 20th June. The driver who was about to pick up didnt call the seller for the pickup. I insisted them to pick up the item on 21st, to which the customer care agreed. But again on 21st, they told that item will be delivered on 22nd. But on 22nd again, the item was not delivered and neither the driver picked up the item. The customer care gave phone number of driver, but driver denied being on duty on 22nd. Even after speaking to the customer care and raising a compliant ( Ref [protected] ), no one has reached out to me. Hopless delivery system . Was this information helpful? | |||||
