I have purchased LG 6.5 kg front load washing machine, I co ordinated with your exicutive Mr Simon he told machine is in good working condition, but after purchasing I found that functions not working properly and sound in motor.
I called to coustomer care they told machine was having problems already.
Iam very disappointed, I request to take back the machine and return my payment back.
