How are you doing? Hope my mail find you well. I am very happy to be part of your tenant. I am so pleased to read your reply as well, it has warm my heart and i am hoping to meet you soon.

I got the information you send to me while the check is issue. I just want to inform you that i'm just coming for the sending of the cheque along my kitchen utensils which i just brought from the shopping mall. I'm sorry i never informed you in my previous mail about the kitchen utensils before sending it.

I have send it even without planning for it, i went to the courier service for sending the cheque alone but on getting to the office i was told that the cost for sending this cheque will be the same amount to send any package that is 10kg since this is first class shipping. Instead of me sending just only a cheque with that cost i have decided to go into the shopping mall and purchase this kitchen utensils which i have send to you and this will even reduce my excess luggages by the time we are coming to india. So please bear with me for late notification.

This will be deliver to the address you have provided for me and airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

Below are the deposit details which was giving from the courier service. You have to noted the deposit details because they will confirm from you before they deliver the package to you at your door step.

Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, lufthansa airline has no available flight from london (Uk) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at indira gandhi international airport in new delhi state, once the package is clear from new delhi it will be deliver to you in your city through fedex, so you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the airline because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

Has you can see from the cheque that is attached to you in this email, that the total amount on the cheque is 83, 500 rupees. You have to deduct 55, 000 rupees for the secure deposit for the flat and whatever balance remaining will be paid once you've confirm to me that you've received the cheque. I have include extra amount of 28, 500 inr on the check you will received because according to the airway bill. It was mention that fees before delivery will be 70 pounds which is 8, 500 inr but still i don't know if they will request for this charges or not in india airport because they never informed me if you will pay in india, but in case you are request to pay the 8, 500 inr before delivery then you have to pay because that is the main reason i have include the amount on the cheque and you will adjust once the money is credited to your account after depositing the cheque while you rest 20, 000 rupees will be kept till i arrive because i don't have any single rupees with me and i need to pay the taxi that will pick me and my family from the airport once i arrive because i'm coming with plenty of ours luggage's as our flight will arrived in india late at night. So the 20, 000 rupees i can use to pay for the taxi and other local expenses.

I will confirm to you immediately we booked our flight ticket, so the copy of the flight details will be send to you so you can know our arrive date.

I hereby attached you the airway-bill and the scan copy of the cheque in the mail. Also i have attached my drive license copy along with this mail because i was informed by the airline that is possible to they request for your id proof or my id by the india custom before the clearance is done but if in case they request for mine then you can send to them for the clearance by the custom and if they request for yours then you have to quickly send to them as soon as possible.
